A Place of Healing
Under the Gaia Tree was considered a sacred place in ancient Greece where Hippocrates taught and healed. My hope is to provide a sacred place of healing for you to reconnect with your innate wholeness and inner peace.
Do you read the words “innate wholeness” and feel as if you’re in pieces and there’s nothing innate about wholeness for you? Or do you hear “inner peace” and feel it’s an impossible dream?
My passion is taking what you consider the shattered parts of you and guiding you to find ways of putting them back together or even forming a whole new you. And, I believe inner peace is inherent for us all, it just gets buried in the muck of life. It excites me to see you unearth it for yourself!
I help adults (18 and over), especially those with trauma and complex trauma, embark on a journey of self-discovery and healing.
